1 Hand mint
450ml Water
150ml Sugarwater
100ml Lime
2,5 Leaves of gelatine

Blend everything except for the gelatine, sieve the mass and solve the gelatine in the mass. Put everything in a syphon with two gas patterns.

50ml Slow drip coffee
50ml Hierbas de las Dunas
20ml Sugar water
15ml Lime juice

Garnish with a top of watermint.
