60ml Hierbas de las Dunas
40ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup (1/1)
1 Egg white

Combine all ingredients and ice cubes in a shaker. Shake to chill everything really well. Strain the mix into a glass. Finish the Hierbas de Las Dunas Sour with a dash of Angostura Bitters.
