Frozen Hierbas Magherita

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 120 ml Hierbas de las Dunas
  • 80 ml tequila
  • 60 ml sugar water (simple syrup, 1:1)
  • ice cubes


Peel and chop the apple and remove the core.

Blend all ingredients except the ice cubs in a blender. Add a handful of ice cubs and grind the mix. Run a lime wedge around the outside of the rim of a glass and roll the rim in sea salt, samphire salt or algae salt. Pour everything in the glass and serve with a straw.
